Project management

All projects are handled according to Audio Resort’s project-based workflow management.

At the beginning of a production we go through a rigorous planning phase to ensure that the proper resources are allocated to your project. All services and products provided by Audio Resort undergo strict quality control and process assessment.
At the same time, we remain flexible and prepared for changes and other input from our clients.

Each production is assigned a project manager to ensure that all stages of production are carried out in accordance with project specifications. The project manager oversees everything from casting, booking and delivery to outsourcing and revision when needed.

We make sure that rights management and other legal aspects for the actors, unions and clients associated with a project are handled properly.

For approval procedures, we use bespoke software that is specifically designed to handle cast approval, script approval, key phrases, names, titles and more. This creates a unique opportunity for collaboration with our clients.
